This Refund Policy explains how payments work for oZone Desk. By subscribing or paying a setup fee, you agree to this policy. In short: oZone Desk is month to month with no long-term contract, so you can cancel any time, and for that reason all payments are non-refundable.

1. Monthly subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and are non-refundable, including the current month, once the billing period has started.
  • There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing.
  • When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then simply does not renew. No partial-month or unused-time refund is issued.

2. One-time setup fees

If you choose our done-for-you launch instead of self-setup with our guide book and videos, a one-time setup fee may apply. This fee covers real work and services, including initial graphics, professional data entry, on-site staff training, a product photoshoot, and transport and visiting.

  • Setup fees are non-refundable once the work has begun, as they pay for services already delivered.
  • Any quote is confirmed with you in writing before work starts, so you always know the amount in advance.

3. Upgrades and downgrades

You can change your package at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. Changing your plan does not create a refund for the current period.

4. Your data is always yours

Whether or not a refund applies, your business data belongs to you. On cancellation you can export your products, customers, orders, and staff records for 30 days before deletion, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
