These Terms of Use govern your access to the oZone Desk website and platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
oZone Desk provides an all-in-one business management platform including modules for online selling, point of sale, stock control, order fulfilment, CRM, HR and payroll, procurement, analytics, and customer service. Available features depend on your chosen package.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
- User limits apply per package: Startup supports up to 5 users, Business up to 25 users, and Enterprise has no user limit.
- You must provide accurate contact information so we can reach you about your service.
3. Subscriptions and cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed monthly with no long-term contract.
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
- On cancellation, you can export your data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.
4. Refunds
oZone Desk is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term contract, so you are never locked in and can stop future billing at any time. Because of this, all payments are non-refundable:
- Monthly subscription fees, including the current month, are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- One-time setup fees (initial graphics, data entry, staff training, product photoshoot, transport, and visiting) are non-refundable once the work has begun, as they pay for services already delivered.
- When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and simply does not renew. No partial-month refund is issued.

5. Your data
All business data you enter into the platform remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activity, to send spam through the built-in SMS gateway, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
7. Support
All packages include access to our support ticket system. Business plans receive priority ticket handling, and Enterprise plans additionally include a dedicated account manager.
8. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care and target 99.9% uptime. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect.
